TESTIMONIALS

"Your Pilates classes are great. They are small class sizes and you get expert advise from the physio in charge. I find the classes enjoyable and rewarding, the difference in my body was evident after just a few sessions. I would recommend these classes to everyone."

"I'd thoroughly recommend Modified Pilates. After decades of a sore neck/back and visiting many other practitioners, I finally found out with 1:1 sessions what wasn't working for me!!  Namely, posture.

Pilates has allowed me to be 'centred' and therefore without tilts to the body fewer aches and pains. My hairdresser doesn't have to ask me to sit up straight any more!!

Pilates has also shown me how to use my core more effectively. I wouldn't miss a week as it's a great way to unwind while learning techniques to strengthen the body and gradually, with practice, eliminate poor posture, aches and pains and most of all, know how to exercise correctly. Thanks to all."
